Therapy for Relationships

Therapy for individuals looking to grow, improve, or repair their romantic, peer, or familial relationships.

Relationships

Relationships are essential, yet often can be difficult to manage. From family relationships to peer and romantic relationships, therapeutic support can be extremely helpful in developing healthy, stable relationships.

Concerns in relations can include: trust, anxiety, avoidance, projection, jealousy, and, at times, just feeling that our needs aren’t met. Possibly, relationships from childhood or difficulties in past relationships are holding you back in your current relationships. You may struggle to set boundaries or put your own needs to the side in relationships. Anxiety can develop in relationships, and that may leave you questioning your partner or relying on them for continual reassurance. While healthy relationships take work, they also come with a sense of ease. Together, we can explore how to develop this ease while prioritizing your needs and past experiences.

There is no greater source of joy and meaning in our lives than our relationships with others.
