Therapy for Anxiety

A space for adolescents, college students, and young adults to break free from the fear and worry driving you.

What Is Anxiety?

Anxiety shows up in many ways and can look different to each person. You may experience panic attacks or fears that hold you back in life. You may have increased anxiety in social settings or near specific triggers. Anxiety is often described as tight feeling in your chest or uneasy feeling in your gut. No matter how it shows up for you, anxiety holds you back.

Many high achievers face high functioning anxiety—where the anxiety can often look like preparation and achievement to outsiders. However, internally, individuals with high functioning anxiety may experience people pleasing, perfectionism, and low self-esteem, in addition to more traditional anxiety symptoms. Often, individuals with high functioning anxiety have spent so long anticipating and meeting the needs and exceptions of those around them, that they have become disconnected from themselves; you may not know what you want or who you are without that chronic anxiety.
