Boutique therapy is highly specialized and individualized. Here Wellness prioritizes quality care over large caseloads to ensure each client is met fully during their sessions. Each session is uniquely tailored to where the client is at that day and to their therapy goals.

While Here Wellness is not in-network with insurance panels, as a boutique therapy practice, Here Wellness manages all out-of-network billing for any client that is interested in using their out-of-network benefits.

Sessions are typically 55 minutes in length and held virtually over a HIPAA-secure platform. Most clients schedule sessions weekly. After some time in therapy, many clients will decrease their session frequency to 1-2 sessions/month to maintain their therapeutic progress.

Some sessions are heavier and while others are lighter. I am here to meet you where you are on that day, which means that no two sessions look exactly alike.

Yes! I collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, when appropriate. For individuals with eating disorders, I communicate closely with dietitians and PCPs. For those going through cancer treatment, I can connect with your multidisciplinary team, if appropriate.

I believe strongly that each healthcare professional plays an important role and always strive to be collaborative and respectful of their expertise.

Clients are always informed of my communication with others. Clients sign a release of information prior to me collaborating with any other individuals.

At this time, Here Wellness is an out-of-network practice. Sessions are $175 and payment is due at the time of the session.

Unlike many out-of-network practices, Here Wellness offers complimentary out-of-network billing. This means I will do all the behind the scenes work to ensure you are reimbursed to the maximum amount through your insurance.

Payment is due at the time of the session. Here Wellness accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and FSA/HSA cards.

Here Wellness is able to securely store your credit card information and automatically charge your credit card after each session.
